Chiltern Wellness offers a calm, restorative space inspired by the natural beauty of the Chiltern Hills, where people can reconnect with themselves and experience a deeper sense of wellbeing.
Their core values perfectly align with The Caregiver and The Creator Brand Archetypes.
The challenge for this start-up brand was to create a high-end, professional positioning that would stand out from other wellbeing practices in the local area.
The client wanted to draw inspiration from the beauty of the Chiltern Hills and focus their messaging towards professional women aged 50+. This sparked the idea of bringing the outdoors into the practice, creating a calm, sensory experience where clients could escape, switch off from their daily commitments and focus on themselves.
The logo brings this idea to life through illustrations of local plant life that subtly form the shape of a foot — creating a connection to reflexology without relying on the more obvious clichés often associated with the industry.
The colour palette takes its cues from the surrounding landscape, using soft, natural tones to create a sense of calm, warmth and understated luxury. Photography continues the connection with nature, focusing on atmospheric imagery, natural textures and quiet moments that evoke the feeling of slowing down and escaping the demands of everyday life.
