When working with me you will receive a personal one to one service. Agencies typically work on several projects at one time, and are handled by a team which can slow the process down. Your brand development will have 100% of my attention, passion and creativity, with clear communication throughout your client journey.

Your Client Journey

Discovery Call

We kick the process off with a Free Discovery Call to discuss the project at hand. This is a chance for me to find out a bit about you and your business and what it is you need. It’s also an opportunity for you to get to know me and decide whether you want to go ahead and work together.

After our call I will provide you with a Project Proposal summarising the project objectives and my offering. Once this has been agreed and signed we are ready to go ahead and make a start!

Brand Strategy Call

Grab a coffee/ smoothie/ herbal tea, whatever your preference, while we discuss your brand in more detail.

You will have received a questionnaire beforehand to prep us for the call.  This is an in depth workshop where we will cover subjects such as your competitors, your brand vision, who your current customers are and who your ideal customers are, what inspires you, your likes and dislikes.

This information and more will form part of your Brand Strategy Guide.

Brand Strategy & Creative Direction

Using the findings from my research the Brand Strategy & Creative Direction Presentation will outline subjects such as your brand story, tone of voice, positioning and more.

The Creative Direction suggests the overall look and feel your brand will convey. This involves two different mood board styles for you to choose from showing a collection of colour, design styles and images.

Included:
1x review call
2 rounds of revisions, any further changes will incur an hourly fee.

Brand Design

From here I will be hyper focused, brainstorming concepts and ideas, and narrowing them down to one carefully considered final concept. This will be sent to you in a Brand Identity Presentation explaining the reasoning and psychology behind the logo design and accompanying elements such as; typography, photography and colour palette. It will also showcase mockups of your brand in action!

Included:
1x review call
2 rounds of revisions, any further changes will incur an hourly fee.

I use the one-concept method due to its efficiency in getting the desired results.  Showing multiple concepts risks indecision, delays, and requests to combine ideas into a hybrid design that may not have the intended impact. After all, my expertise in deciphering the best option for your brand and its audience, is exactly why you are hiring me.

Deliverables

  • You will receive a detailed Brand Guidelines document

  • Brand Guidelines Sheet (a quick reference guide)

  • All logo formats

  • Any further brand assets that were agreed at the start of the project such as:

    • Social media template

    • Website mock up and style guide

    • Brand pattern

    • Stationery

    • Point of Sale etc.

  • Brand Handover Guide - This will contain any further information needed to help launch your brand as well as details on the files included in your package and how to use them effectively i.e. for digital and print.
